With 20 years of experience in the private sector, Matt has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Through his years of experience, he has always ensured to deliver on promised results for clients, led the development of partnerships with provincial associations and municipalities. Prior to coming on board with Mind Consulting Global Recruitment, Matt was the Director of Sales for DNE Resources. He built the business development team through a hands-on approach and fostered a diverse group of newcomers into the team.
