Consumer Protection Ontario is a program through which the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, known as administrative authorities, promote consumer rights and public safety.
The ministry and these administrative authorities enforce a number of Ontario’s consumer protection and public safety laws, investigates alleged violations and handle complaints.
