Miguel is an aspiring musician whose family has a generations-old ban on music. Desperate to prove his talents and become a famous musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz, Miguel finds himself in the vibrant Land of the Dead. Here, he meets a charming trickster, Hector, who helps Miguel on his journey to discover the real story behind his family’s history.
