Painted rocks are all the rage right now! The idea behind these Welcome Rocks is that community members can decorate them at your library and place them in locations for others to find as a welcome to our community gesture. Following the Welcome Rocks painting session, participants are encouraged to take a picture of their rocks in their garden or community and post them on social media with #WelcomeRocks and #CultureConnect for a chance to win a prize at the end of June.
