The Restorative Conversations and Relationships in the Workplace Lunch-and-Learn workshop offers an introduction to building restorative relationships with a JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) curious mindset.

Participants will learn:

• 10 ways to live restoratively challenge
• Presentation on how to live restoratively
• What it means to have restorative relationships
• What it means to have a curious mindset

Attendees are encouraged to stay and have their packed lunch after the session to connect and build relationships if they can.

This lunch-and-learn is hosted in partnership with the Lanark County Children and Youth Services Collaboration and Every Kid In Our Communities of Leeds and Grenville.
