Like many communities in Canada, systemic racism is being challenged in the Ottawa Valley as more stories surface of injustices experienced by Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC). A CBC feature on racism in the Ottawa Valley has been a call to action for communities to engage in meaningful work to address these historic issues.
