Come and celebrate in your rainbow best at Petawawa’s first 2SLGBTQIA+ Pride Event! Petawawa Pride is being held on Friday, June 16th from 5-8:00 p.m. in the KinHut and Container Market areas outside the Civic Center.
This is an all-ages, family-friendly event open to the public to celebrate everything 2SLGBTQIA+ and will feature face paint, colouring contests, and music provided by DJ Roxy Sunset.
Timeline:
5-6:00 – crafts, colouring contests, face-painting and concession
6-6:30 – speakers and the first raising of Petawawa’s pride flag at the new community flag pole
6:30-8:00 – continued celebration, music by DJ Roxy Sunset, open concession, and arts and crafts
