The following information is used for mentor-to-newcomer pairing and is not intended for screening. Please respond at your discretion as most fields are not mandatory. Mentors must be 18 years of age or older. Mentors will be required to provide a police record check. The duration of the mentoring relationship is dependant on the goals and availability of both the mentor and newcomer.
